US Marines Sgt. Dan Collins My name is Dan Collins and I am a proud former Marine and a fitness enthusiast. I am also a certified fitness instructor and all of my fitness training is based on the training done while serving in the Marines.

Fitness has been a major part of my life since I was in my early teens. I have continued to reach my fitness goals throughout my life through hard work and dedication and I enjoy helping others do the same.

The Marine Corps provides a solid fitness training regimen that will challenge even the most experienced athletes. None of the exercises are complicated but are extremely effective. I challenge you to join me in living a more healthy lifestyle. No matter what fitness level you are currently at, there is always room for growth.
