What is the best way to lose fat?

Many people make this task way too hard. It's really very simple. Here are a few tips that I have for losing fat.

  1. Eat smaller meals more often - This will help to increase your metabolic rate making it easier for you to keep the weight off. NEVER starve yourself.
  2. Lower your fat intake - This should be obvious but some people still have problems with this. If you want to lose fat, then lower the amount of it you eat. Eat good fatty foods such as nuts, seeds and peanut butter. Stay away from fried foods.
  3. Do more weight training - Muscle burns fat so the more you have, the more you will burn.
  4. Do more Cardio training - Mixing cardio training with weight training is the way to achieve maximum results if you are serious about losing body fat.

Be consistent on your journey of losing fat. It will not happen overnight so have patience.
