No matter how heavy the weight is, you will build muscle using heavy, medium or light- weight if the proper techniques are used. Definition is achieved through proper nutrition and supplementation.
With proper exercise, you can control the shape of your muscle. Only God can control the shape of your muscles. All you can do is make them bigger and stronger.
If you train longer and harder than anyone else, you will be better than anyone else. If you train longer and harder, you may over-train and will not produce any gains. One thing to always remember is, "work smarter, not harder."
More is better. Quality is always better than quantity.
I don't have the time, money or patience to eat right. Eating healthy is easy and usually less expensive. You could take healthy food to work with you in a cooler or something. Eat fruits and low-fat fruit bars instead of snacking on candy bars and chips.
