This is also a great source for current Marines looking to get in better shape or to prepare for an upcoming physical fitness test. My name is Dan Collins and I am a former Marine Sergeant and I know what it takes to be a Marine.  I am also a certified fitness trainer, endurance fitness trainer and performance nutritionist. I have designed workouts modeled after the fitness training used by the US Marines that require minimal time and equipment. The workouts you will find on this site are great for anyone especially those with minimal time.

If you are currently out of shape, don't worry, I have designed some beginner training programs for you. I also have advanced workouts for those of you who are in top shape. Keep in mind that the programs I have designed are very challenging. All the FREE workouts on my site are available for you to use in any way you wish.
